Welcome to Meadow! This Shipping Policy describes how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery within the United States. Please review this information before placing an order at meadowthc.com.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.

2. Shipping Carrier & Method

We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping options include:

  • USPS First Class Mail – Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. Once your order leaves our facility, Meadow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@meadowthc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund after a claim is filed.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@meadowthc.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Please check back periodically for the latest version.
